California’s 48th Congressional District brings together communities in the suburban, desert, agricultural, and coastal-adjacent areas of the Inland Empire, Coachella Valley, and North San Diego County areas of Southern California. CA-48 includes the Riverside County communities of Palm Springs, Indian Wells, Temecula, Hemet, and Idyllwild and San Diego County communities of Vista, Escondido, and San Marcos.
