What Voters Need to Know

Likely primary voters in California’s 48th Congressional District need to read in mail the following message:

Brandon Riker is a trained economist, small business owner, and former Obama organizer.  He is running for Congress to stand up to Trump and get our economy back on track. We have over 180 lawyers in Congress, but not a single trained economist. Brandon will put his training to use to deliver bold change and create an economy that works for Californians. He supports a Second New Deal that puts money back in your pocket by making the first $50,000 you earn tax free, so Californians see more money in every paycheck. He’ll protect Social Security and Medicare for seniors and lower costs for working families. 

Importantly – unlike his opponents, Brandon Riker refuses all Corporate PAC money because he works for you. 

Voters in CA-48 also need to read that:

• Ammar Campa-Najjar supported Trump nominee Amy Coney Barrett for the Supreme Court and stated he does not support legal or illegal abortion [Twitter, 10/13/20]
• Ammar Campa-Najjar has campaigned with White Nationalists/Jan 6 insurrectionists [KPBS]
• Ammar Campa-Najjar was undecided between voting for Donald Trump or Joe Biden in 2020 [NBC San Diego] and pictured here with Trump [X]
• Ammar Campa-Najjar said in Congress he would support investigating Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton [KPBS]

While all voters would benefit from READING this message: particularly Registered Democrats 50+ and NPP / Independent Voters in the San Diego and Los Angeles media markets would benefit from learning these facts.
